Laser Genesis

Laser Genesis is a revolutionary new laser experience targeted at treating such skin conditions as rosacea, acne scarring and poikiloderma of the neck (red and brown blotchy "gooseflesh" skin of the neck), as well as providing skin rejuvenation, fining out pores, wrinkles and minor imperfections and generally giving skin a polished, smooth textural improvement.

The laser is gently waved over the skin, not in direct contact with it, to heat the deep skin layers of the upper dermis. By doing this it is addressing enlarged and inflamed blood vessels to reduce background redness as well as denaturing collagen in the tissue by direct heat, allowing the skin to generate new collagen thus leading to improved skin elasticity and texture.

Laser Genesis is a very non-invasive procedure, giving you a feeling of warmth, often described as the feeling of afternoon sun on your face. It is actually quite a relaxing treatment, most clients fall asleep. No numbing creams or gels are required and most clients can resume normal activities immediately after the treatment with minimal redness.

Even after one treatment your skin feels smoother and tighter, and has a glowing luster.

Whilst a few treatments may be required to treat scarring and rosacea, genesis can be used ongoing as maintenance for skin rejuvenation plumping and giving a more youthful appearance.
